For example if you give a gift of $50 to Maine Medical Center and submit a charitable match form to your employer that offers matching gifts, they will also send $50 to Maine Medical Center – making your total gift to the hospital $100. Some companies even offer three-to-one matches. This power of doubling or tripling your gift means the hospital can provide that much more care and services to the community.
