PTO Donation

There is a minimum PTO donation of 4 hours and maximum donation of 80 hours. Your PTO bank must have at least one week of time remaining after your donation. Deducted PTO hours will be reflected on your May 3 paycheck. Your PTO hours are converted to cash and required IRS taxes and 403(b) are deducted. The amount remaining after tax is your donation. Unfortunately, physicians are not eligible to donate PTO.
