It is well established that physicians in training are particularly vulnerable to barriers in wellness, commonly experiencing burnout, depression, and even suicide. MMC graduate medical education (GME) department seeks to sustain our robust wellbeing program to improve the health and wellness of our learners and to serve as a role model for other programs across the country.
