“Charlie was a 'physician’s physician' – always learning. He embodied the phrase compassionate care. Everyone should be so fortunate as to have a Charlie Belisle in their life.”
— Bill Dexter, MD, longtime colleague of Charlie’s and founder of the Dr. Charles M. Belisle Scholarship Fund
