MaineHealth Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital is proud to collaborate once again with our friends at Sea Bags to bring you a stunning, limited-edition design in honor of our 30th anniversary.

For three decades, MHBBCH has been a source of hope, healing, and compassionate care for countless children and families. To commemorate this incredible milestone, we are introducing the exclusive MHBBCH “Pearl of Time” Sea Bags design—a beautifully handcrafted keepsake made in Maine from recycled sailcloth.

A Design with Deep Meaning

More than just a bag, the "Pearl of Time" design represents care, resilience, and transformation. Featuring a luminous pearl cradled in a shell on a serene beach—while seagulls and the sun cast a brilliant “30” in the sky—this design reflects both the journey of our young patients and the lasting impact of MHBBCH.

The pearl is a meaningful symbol in this year’s design, honoring Barbara Bush’s signature pearl jewelry and the 30^th-anniversary milestone—a serendipitous connection that makes this
edition truly special.

”Pearl of Time” Sea Bags will be a token of gratitude for generous donors during the month of April. If you donate between April 1^st – April 30^th, MHBBCH will send you a "thank you" gift
based on your donation tier: 

• $140 donation – Receive a slim crossbody bag (9.5”w x 8.5”h) with a zipper closure
• $180 donation – Receive an essential handbag (9”w x 11”h) with a magnetic snap closure
• $300 donation – Receive a medium tote (14”w x 14”h) with a zipper closure
• $360 donation – Receive the Ogunquit beach bag (18”w x 14”h) with a clasp closure

• The donation form will be available only from April 1^st through April 30^th.
• To receive your gift, you must make your donation using the form on this page, which will be accessible starting April 1^st.
• Sea Bags require a 4-week production timeline, so your gift will be ready and shipped 4 weeks after your donation is processed.
