Plan Your Own Fundraising Event

There are countless creative and rewarding ways to support the Maine Children’s Cancer Program through special events, business promotions and school projects. Philanthropic support from our community is critical to ensuring that children with cancer and blood disorders in Maine have access to world-class care, in a closer-to-home setting.

Every year, community fundraising events are organized by children, parents, businesses and organizations, schools, and sports teams. These events all started with a great idea and a big heart. Some community fundraising events raise $50 and others raise $50,000! No matter the result, all play an important role in helping the children and families being cared for by the Maine Children’s Cancer Program.

And, you don’t need a lot of experience to make your event a success — just the energy and enthusiasm to make it happen. The information here will help you get started.
